Hi, I’m Will Vebert!
I’ve been an educator from the start. Even during my school days, you could find me enthusiastically guiding peers towards a deeper understanding of their classes. This desire to teach led me to earning undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Statistics, and a Masters in Mathematics Education to ensure I could help students the best way possible in a subject known for giving headaches.
During my 8 years in the classroom, I’ve taught and supported the following classes:
Algebra 1
Geometry
Algebra 2
Math for College Algebra
Probability and Statistics
Precalculus (Honors and AP)
AP Calculus AB
AP Calculus BC
AP Statistics
Throughout this time, I realized my favorite times were always in small group or one-on-one sessions. These were the times when I could really see a student’s growth and watch them swell with pride as they go from lost and frustrated to ready for whatever next math challenge came their way. That was the kind of reward that drew me to education in the first place.
Let me help your student have their next “aha” moment.

With over 10 years of professional tutoring experience, I’m more than excited to work with you all! In the past, I have tutored all levels of math, from Algebra 1 to Linear Algebra, and including SAT and ACT prep. I combine my B.S. in Mathematics and M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology to create engaging learning environments for students of all backgrounds.
To tutor, I like to use discussion-based approaches to help make sure I understand where students might struggle, emphasize areas of opportunity, and facilitate habits that not only translate to better results, but more confident learners overall. I’m looking forward to working with you!
